Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions we indicate under which conditions we offer our services and information to you.

By participating in a Spiritual Wellness event, you declare that you have taken note of and agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Participating in a Spiritual Wellness session, training, workshop, retreat, etc. is at your own responsibility. When you are under medical treatment, have had surgery or have chronic complaints, please contact your doctor about following this training.
2. You accept full responsibility for any damages that may arise from participation.
3. An important aspect of this experience is taking responsibility for your own process.
4. Your spiritual development and health are your responsibility.
5. Spiritual Wellness is not a substitute for medical or psychological care, examination, diagnosis or treatment.
6. Before the start of the session, training, workshop, retreat etc.. inform the facilitator of any health problems or other physical details, eg high blood pressure, heart problems, etc. Also pregnancy!
7. In case of complaints, interrupt the activity (pain, cramps, dizziness, nausea, etc.) and inform the facilitator immediately.
8.Spiritual Wellness is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your belongings.
9. Enter the halls without shoes and with clean feet and clothing.
10. Please do not use (chemical) substances that can spread a strong odor, such as chemical perfumes, deodorant, hair products, detergents, etc.
11. Payment must be made in advance of the booking, unless otherwise agreed with Spiritual Wellness Christine.
12. If an activity is fully booked, we will contact you, in consultation you can be placed on the waiting list.
13. If, due to insufficient registrations, illness or otherwise, an activity is canceled, you will be notified as soon as possible.
14. You hereby agree to irrevocably waive all claims you now have or may hereafter have against Spiritual Wellness, Christine Higgins.
15. Your email will never be shared with third parties. It is only used for Spiritual Wellness communication purposes.
16. Personal information will be treated strictly confidential and will never be shared outside the business.

Cancellation
Please provide cancellation notice [24 hours] prior to your appointment or retreat.

If a cancellation is made after 24 hours full payment will be charged and any money paid is non-refundable. 

All cancellations should be directed directly to Christine Higgins in writing to [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance.
