Having successfully built and sold a thriving makeup business, she has now channeled her entrepreneurial spirit into the realm of energy healing.

Christine's journey into the spiritual realm began as a personal quest for balance and meaning in her own life. After experiencing the profound benefits of Reiki healing firsthand, she felt compelled to share this transformative practice with others.

Our courses are designed to cater for those who want to use Reiki on a personal or professional level.

Reiki is pure love and comes straight from your heart chakra. Our Reiki courses are like no other; this is the beginning or further continuation for you on your spiritual journey. Christine has been guided to offer this service as a journey to your heart and a connection to your inner power of Universal healing love.

All certificates are granted in accordance with the Reiki Federation of Ireland's guidelines.

No previous experience in Reiki is needed.

We will do this by opening each retreat as a ceremony to journey into the powers of Reiki. This is the beginning of a new chapter in your life; I will be guiding you to work intuitively, adding in your own unique skills to make sure your healing sessions stand out from the rest. I encourage everyone to heal from their hearts, have good karma and use intuition when helping others which was integral to Dr. Usui’s method of working with Reiki.

We will be opening each retreat with a Cacao Ceremony. Mother Cacao has an intelligence that we cannot perceive with the mind, only with the heart. The Spiritual intelligence of cacao only knows what messages you need to hear, to heal, to grow and to connect to. We will then be brought through a journey to connect to each Chakra using meditation, chanting and mantras. We connect to our own Universal love, our inner compass first, to learn how to channel Universal healing love to others.

This spiritual Reiki course is all about self-healing and connecting with your true self. Each weekend will consist of theory and lots of hands-on practice. By the end of attending these Reiki course you will be confident giving a full one hour Reiki healing to your friends, family and or maybe even some potential new clients if you continue on to Reiki retreat level 2

It is recommended before signing up to Level 2, you must have completed Level 1 Reiki under the Tera Mai Lineage to Dr. Usui.

We recommend leaving a minimum of 4-6 weeks for your energy to settle into the Level 1 Attunment

 

Reiki Level 1

Adheres to Reiki Federation of Irelands guidelines

  • You will be introduced to the Reiki Principles, the history of Reiki, the benefits of Reiki and ways in which it can be used.
  • You will become more conscious of your 7 Chakras and how to work with these powerful energy centres in your body.
  • You will learn Reiki healing hand positions for self-healing and for healing others.
  • You will partake in Meditations and Visualisations especially designed to help you maintain alignment with source energy.
  • You will also receive a comprehensive Reiki level 1 manual and a gift
  • You will also be given the option to join a Facebook community of Reiki Alumni where you can share tips, organise reiki shares and have a like-minded community to assist you as you continue, on your Reiki journey

  • One follow up meeting (minimum two hours), specific to the first level workshop is necessary within three to six weeks, to include questions and answers, opportunity for the group to share experiences, the giving and receiving of Reiki.

Reiki Level 2

Pre-Requisite is level one, which can be taken with any teacher.

We will open this retreat with a Cacao ceremony to deepen your Reiki healing journey. Mother Cacao has an intelligence that we cannot perceive with the mind, only with the heart. The Spiritual intelligence of cacao only knows what messages you need to hear, to heal, to grow and to connect to. We will then be brought through a journey to connect to each Chakra using meditation, chanting and mantras.

This spiritual Reiki retreat is all about self-healing, connecting with your true self and focuses on the inner teachings of Usui Reiki Ryoho. Each weekend will consist of theory and lots of hands-on practice. Second degree Reiki is known as the mental/emotional level. It helps you get in touch with your emotions, become aware of how they affect the quality of your life and heal learned patterns of behaviour.

Upon completion of Reiki Retreat Level 2, you will have the necessary discipline and knowledge to operate as a Reiki practitioner publicly if you so wish.

All certificates are in accordance with the Reiki Federation of Irelands guidelines.

It is recommended to sign up to Level 3 you must have completed Level 1 & 2 under the Tera Mai Lineage to Dr. Usui.

Reiki Level 2

  • You will be attuned to a further 4 rays of Reiki healing energy
  • You will partake in Meditations and Visualisations especially designed to help you maintain alignment with source energy.
  • You will be introduced to Reiki Symbols, their power, activating them and the specific intent of each symbol.
  • You will also receive a comprehensive Reiki level II manual and a gift
  • You will also be given the option to join a Facebook community of Reiki Alumni where you can share tips, organise reiki shares and have a like-minded community to assist you as you continue, on your Reiki journey.
  • With level II attunement, your body’s frequency and psychic perception will be heightened.

  • One follow up meeting (minimum two hours), specific to the first level workshop is necessary within three to six weeks, to include questions and answers, opportunity for the group to share experiences, the giving and receiving of Reiki.

Reiki Level 3

Stepping into Reiki Level 3 offers us a glimpse into the possibility of a way of being where we live with awareness of being connected to everything in this Universe. The fourth Usui symbols opens a doorway for us to experience this personally rather than intellectually.

In level three you will learn the techniques needed to teach and attune others to the reiki energy.

This weekend offers you the joys of becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher and you don't necessarily have to teach in order for the Master training to be useful. The additional healing energy, symbols, techniques and knowledge will add value to your healing abilities. The fact that you can now teach Reiki is also a definite plus. One of the greatest joys of Reiki Mastership is teaching Reiki to others. Imagine the thrill of witnessing the members of your Reiki class receiving Reiki energy during the attunement. Then, as you guide them in its use, sharing in their joy and amazement as they experience its gentle power flowing through them for the first time. As your students use Reiki to help family, friends and clients, a wonderful sense of spiritual connection will develop between all of you. Feelings of compassion and love for everyone will be strengthened as you merge with the Reiki Consciousness.

The focus of this course is to support you in moving to the next stage of your Reiki development, this course also teaches you to become a Reiki Master and qualifies you to teach Reiki if you wish.

Reiki Level 3

  • Meditation & Attunement – receive the final two rays of Reiki energy or have a Reiki Boost

  • Initiations:
    • Exercise: Initiation to Level 1 Reiki

    • Exercise: Initiation to Level 2 Reiki

    • Exercise: Initiation to Level 3 Reiki 

  • Practice attuning others starting with Reiki Level 1 and progressing to Reiki Level 3;
  • If you decide to teach others Reiki, you are invited to sit in on a Reiki 1 or 2 weekend with myself as you will gain a deeper understanding of how you would like to teach reiki. 
  • Receive 4th Usui symbol and 4 other reiki symbols.
  • Give and receive a full reiki treatment both days using the 4th Usui symbol
  • Learning and practicing all stage of the initiations to Reiki One, Two & Three

  • Gain invaluable knowledge and insights on how to run a sucessful Reiki Business from Spiritual Wellness Christine who has two successful startups under her belt.

  • One follow up meeting (minimum two hours), specific to the first level workshop is necessary within three to six weeks, to include questions and answers, opportunity for the group to share experiences, the giving and receiving of Reiki.
